Périmètre du projet
La présentation met en avant une installation d’éthanol anhydre de 100 000 t/an. Nos travaux comprennent aussi alcool alimentaire, liquéfaction et évaporation de l’atelier de coproduits. La référence 218 identifie la nouvelle unité anhydre ; les précédentes concernent d’autres phases.

Approche d’ingénierie
Pour l’ENA, fermentation et raffinage sont alignés sur les limites de méthanol, aldéhydes, esters et alcools supérieurs, ainsi que sur l’odeur et le goût. L’hydrosélection et le soutirage des impuretés ont d’autres fonctions que la concentration.
