Controlled drawings and procurement

Construction drawings and change notices are registered and distributed under document control. Superseded documents are withdrawn from use. Suppliers are assessed against project quality requirements, and purchased products are verified against their specifications. These controls keep procurement, manufacture and installation aligned to the approved design.

02 / CNE

Material identity and inspection records

Material batches and fabricated items are identified to avoid mix-ups and support traceability. Product certificates and quality documents accompany the corresponding equipment or material. Construction checks include team inspections, discipline checks and quality review, with records for concealed work and equipment trial runs.

03 / CNE

Acceptance and qualification documents

The owner’s inspection findings are recorded and closed through the project quality process. Final handover brings together the agreed inspection and test records. For procurement qualification, request the current certificates and their applicable scope; the required vessel code, inspection authority and destination-country requirements are established for each contract.
