Process route
Cleaning and milling → mash preparation → enzymatic conversion → fermentation → distillation → co-product processing

Engineering priorities
Wheat can supply fermentable starch, but its protein and non-starch components change mash behavior. Enzyme selection, mixing, heat exchange and separation must be reviewed for the actual grain analysis. A wheat project should not simply reuse a corn plant’s yield, viscosity or dryer duty assumptions.

Information for preliminary design
Send a representative feedstock analysis, daily and seasonal availability, storage conditions, target product and net production capacity. Include steam pressure, cooling-water temperature, electricity supply, water quality and the planned outlet for residual streams. Multi-feedstock operation requires a defined operating envelope and changeover strategy.
