Process intelligence. Plant-wide.
Bring fermentation, separation, utilities and co-products into one coherent design. Explore the technologies that shape product quality and operating performance.
01 / Prepare
Feed preparation, liquefaction & fermentation
The front end sets the conditions for downstream separation. Our cassava front end integrates storage, milling, liquefaction, saccharification and controlled fermentation.

Explore ↗03 / Distil
Multi-effect distillation
Separate impurities with purpose. Reuse heat across pressure levels. Select the column arrangement for the product mix and the real feed composition.
Explore ↗04 / Refine
Food-grade ethanol & ENA ethanol plants
Precision separation for neutral alcohol applications. The process is selected around impurity control, sensory quality and the buyer’s complete product specification.
Explore ↗05 / Dehydrate
Molecular-sieve dehydration
Continuous water removal through alternating adsorption and regeneration. A finishing stage for anhydrous ethanol production.
Explore ↗06 / Stillage & co-products
Stillage evaporation & DDGS systems
Coordinate solids separation, thin-stillage evaporation, syrup blending and drying around a defined co-product specification. DDGS is a process system, not a general accessory; a molasses stillage route requires a different residue strategy.
Explore ↗Conceptual route. Starch feeds require conversion; sugar feeds follow their own conditioning route.

Molecular-sieve dehydration

Stillage, DDGS & co-products
Design the residual streams as part of the plant. Separation, evaporation and drying can be as important to the project as alcohol production.
Heat integration & plant upgrades
Reduce avoidable heat losses by reviewing the complete energy network before selecting individual equipment.
Research & recognition

UNIDO–ITPC / 2006
BlueSky Award
BlueSky Award 2006 recognized the Guangzhou Institute of Energy Conversion, Chinese Academy of Sciences, for fuel ethanol from mixed cassava and sugarcane using very-high-gravity fermentation. This research heritage forms part of CNE’s technology origins. The displayed certificate names GIEC as the recipient.
Feed preparation, liquefaction & fermentation

Process automation & instrumentation
Define the control narrative, instrument list, I/O, alarms and interlocks together with the process design. PLC or DCS architecture, hazardous-area suitability, remote support and site integration are agreed for the project.
Compare steam consumption on the same basis
A low steam number is useful only when the product basis and process boundary are clear. Separate distillation, dehydration and DDGS duties before comparing proposals.
ENA, fuel and medical ethanol: specify the difference
Alcohol strength is only one part of a product specification. The target market determines which impurities, sensory properties and test methods must be controlled.
From stillage to DDGS: close the solids balance
The ethanol process leaves valuable solids and dissolved material in the stillage. Product quality and energy demand depend on how those streams are separated, concentrated and dried.
From mechanical completion to performance acceptance
Commissioning is a sequence of evidence, not a single start button. A clear test plan connects installed equipment, stable operation, measured output and product quality.
