UNIDO–ITPC / 2006

BlueSky Award

BlueSky Award 2006 recognized the Guangzhou Institute of Energy Conversion, Chinese Academy of Sciences, for fuel ethanol from mixed cassava and sugarcane using very-high-gravity fermentation. This research heritage forms part of CNE’s technology origins. The displayed certificate names GIEC as the recipient.

China New EnergyFounded in 2006 with roots in 2002, CNE brings twenty years of ethanol engineering into the design, manufacture and delivery of industrial plants. We support fuel ethanol, food-grade and extra-neutral ethanol, solvent recovery and related bioprocesses, from initial process definition to commissioning and continued technical service.Equipment manufacturingOur Boluo manufacturing base connects equipment design with fabrication and inspection. Automated cutting, welding equipment, tube-sheet production and vessel assembly support columns, heat exchangers and pressure equipment. Materials, welds, dimensional checks and inspection records follow the approved project requirements.Quality assurance & traceabilityControl the documents, verify the materials, inspect the work and retain the records.
