Starch sugars & other ethanol routes
Our adjacent process experience includes the 5,000 t/y BioNeutra IMO line in Canada and dehydration within coal-derived/methanol-to-ethanol projects. Liquefaction, filtration, concentration and separation are selected for each product. A biochemical line and a non-biomass ethanol project retain their own product and carbon-feedstock identity.

Connect the feedstock to the conversion route
Corn, cassava and wheat routes require preparation suited to starch conversion. Molasses and sugar-based feeds require a different front end. Feedstock composition, seasonal variation and handling conditions inform the process design; they also affect the solids and impurities presented to the downstream plant.

Coordinate fermentation and distillation
The design aligns fermentation throughput and discharge conditions with the distillation feed requirement. Operating and laboratory information connects raw-material quality, conversion and fermentation performance to final product quality. Training covers the process route, equipment functions, routine observations and the records needed to investigate a deviation.
