Alcohol & solvent recovery
Recover alcohol from production streams in xanthan gum, pharmaceutical and food-processing applications. CNE’s references cover new recovery units and energy-saving modifications.

Characterize the recovered stream
A recovery design begins with solvent composition, feed variability, suspended material and the required reuse quality. The specification must address impurities as well as alcohol concentration. Define where the recovered product returns to production and how residue, condensate and off-specification material will be managed.

References across different industries
Our projects include xanthan-gum alcohol recovery work for Zibo Zhongxuan, Ordos Zhongxuan and Meihua; extraction-workshop rectification for Ya’an Sanjiu; a 6 m³/h alcohol recovery upgrade for Guangdong Kaiwen; and a 25 m³/day recovery system for Kaiping Qianniu. These capacities describe different feed and duty bases and should be compared accordingly.
