Information you provide
The enquiry form collects the contact and project details you choose to submit, including your name, business email, company, country, feedstock, capacity and message. Do not include passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive personal information.

Purpose and storage
Enquiries are stored in the website’s private administration area and sent to the configured project contact by email. They are used to respond to your request and evaluate the proposed project. Access is limited to authorised personnel and the hosting or email providers needed to operate the service. The standard enquiry retention period is 365 days, after which stored records are scheduled for deletion unless the site operator has configured a different period for a documented business need. Email copies follow the operator’s mailbox policy.
