Design ester production and purification as one system. Feed ratios, reaction-water removal, alcohol recycle and product finishing determine the column duties. We coordinate separation equipment, materials and controls with the selected chemistry and agreed solvent specification.

Equipment data provide the basis for procurement and fabrication; layout documents coordinate access, maintenance and connections. The document register identifies drawing status, revision, review responsibility and the point at which a document is released for construction.
