Clear responsibility at site

The project structure assigns HSE duties to management, supervisors, contractors and work teams. Site induction and task-specific training prepare personnel for the work they will perform. Daily briefings connect the day’s activities to the identified hazards, while inspection findings are recorded, assigned and followed through to closure.

Coordinate higher-risk work

The supplied HSE plan covers lifting, work at height, confined spaces, temporary electricity, fire prevention and simultaneous activities. Work-permit and job-hazard-analysis processes connect planning to authorization and supervision. The detailed controls are established by qualified site personnel under the owner’s rules and applicable local requirements.

03 / CNE

Change, emergency readiness and records

Construction-method changes and design revisions are reviewed for their HSE consequences. Emergency preparation, communication arrangements and incident reporting are included in the project plan. Environmental responsibilities address site waste, housekeeping and the operating interfaces that will transfer to the plant team at handover.
