From first study to reliable operation
A coordinated delivery process gives each technical decision a clear owner, a defined interface and a verifiable outcome.
01 / CNE
01 / Project definition & engineering
Review feedstock analysis, product specification, capacity and site conditions. Develop the process concept, material and energy balances, equipment scope and preliminary layout. Clarify owner-supplied utilities, civil works, local approvals and interface responsibilities before the commercial scope is frozen.
02 / CNE
02 / Manufacture & project delivery
Translate the approved design into fabrication, procurement and inspection packages. Coordinate equipment dimensions, transport limits, installation sequence and documentation. Supply arrangements can range from a defined process package to broader project delivery, with local construction and installation responsibilities stated explicitly in the contract.

03 / Commissioning, training & support
Plan installation checks, instrument verification, utility readiness, water trials and process start-up. Train operators on normal operation, alarms, safe shutdown and cleaning. Agree acceptance criteria, test duration and sampling methods. After handover, support can include troubleshooting, spare-parts planning and evaluation of capacity or quality upgrades.
