Specify the product before the process
Fuel ethanol, neutral alcohol and industrial anhydrous ethanol serve different buyers and applications. Alcohol strength alone cannot establish fitness for all of them. The technical agreement identifies the applicable product specification, analytical method, reporting units, sampling conditions and laboratory responsibilities.

Build a complete analytical picture
Our laboratory programme includes appearance, colour, odour, alcohol concentration, aldehydes, fusel oil, methanol, acidity and esters. It also addresses fermentation and process measurements. The project laboratory plan selects the relevant tests for the required product and uses agreed, current methods rather than treating every historical procedure as mandatory.

Connect analysis to acceptance
The acceptance protocol links samples to the operating period, feed condition and measured production rate. Results should be traceable to the sample, instrument and method used. A stable, agreed test window makes quality and capacity results comparable and gives both parties a clear basis for handover.
