Match internals to the process duty

An ethanol column must be considered with its feed composition, vapour and liquid loads, pressure regime and expected operating range. The photographs show several tray and valve configurations. Selection is made for the specific duty; one tray arrangement is not a universal specification for every feedstock or product grade.

Make inspection possible

Support details, tray installation, liquid passages and access for inspection are coordinated with the column shell. Shop and site checks follow the approved drawings and inspection plan. The equipment handover should retain the material records, assembly checks and any approved deviations for future maintenance.
