COFCO · Anhui
300,000 t/y · China
Our project covers a 300,000-tonne-per-year fuel ethanol project for COFCO in Anhui. Its recorded scope covers the main alcohol distillation unit: engineering, equipment and material supply, construction, commissioning and operational handover.

Engineering focus
Start with saleable output, alcohol concentration and annual operating hours. A tonne of product normalized to 95% v/v is a different basis from a tonne of anhydrous product. Cooling-water circulation is also different from fresh-water consumption.

A plant capacity and a package capacity
Our project scopes distinguish the 300,000 t/y fuel ethanol relocation project from the 80,000 t/y dehydration EPC package within it. It also includes distillation and later industrial-ethanol modification scopes. These references demonstrate different assignments within the COFCO project history; they should not be added together as separate plant outputs.
