Ubon Bio Ethanol
400,000 L/day · Thailand
Our Ubon project has a capacity of 400,000 litres per day. CNE supplied the factory-manufactured process columns and shell-and-tube heat exchangers, with site fabrication and installation of fermentation and alcohol tanks and installation of process piping. The plant processes cassava and was subsequently upgraded for all-molasses operation.

Our Ubon process connects cassava storage, dry milling, liquefaction and saccharification, fermentation and distillation photographs. These images show how the front end and separation sections form one production route. Our projects include both the 400,000 L/day cassava-based project and an upgrade entry for fuel ethanol and common-grade alcohol.
