Food-grade ethanol & ENA ethanol plants
Precision separation for neutral alcohol applications. The process is selected around impurity control, sensory quality and the buyer’s complete product specification.

Purity is more than alcohol strength
A high ethanol concentration alone does not establish food-grade or extra-neutral quality. Methanol, aldehydes, esters, higher alcohols and sensory characteristics must be addressed together. Feedstock quality, fermentation control, product-contact materials and hygienic operation all influence the final result. ENA is a commercial description: the purchaser’s acceptance limits must be specified.

Five-, six- and seven-column options
We engineer five-column processes for high-grade edible alcohol, six-column configurations for further refining, and a seven-column multi-effect arrangement for product flexibility. These combine stripping, hydroselection, rectification, methanol separation and recovery functions as required. Multi-point impurity withdrawal and pressure-based heat integration balance quality with energy use.

Define a verifiable quality target
Share the intended use, destination country, alcohol strength and impurity schedule. Agree sampling points, analytical methods, sensory evaluation and any third-party testing before final design. Historical Chinese grade names in reference projects do not automatically equal a destination-market food, beverage or pharmacopoeial specification.
