Our project covers a 300,000-tonne-per-year fuel ethanol distillation and dehydration project. Our responsibilities include equipment manufacturing and procurement, installation, technical training, commissioning and acceptance. The stated battery-limit works also include grounding, tower lightning protection, corrosion protection and insulation.

Distillation and dehydration package

Engineering focus

Whole stillage first separates into wet solids and thin stillage. Evaporation concentrates the thin stream into syrup; the selected proportion is blended with wet solids before drying to DDGS. A wet-feed route changes the dryer requirement and logistics.

Later product and process scopes

Alongside the 300,000 t/y fuel ethanol distillation and dehydration reference, our additional work includes a 150,000 t/y high-grade alcohol project with 50,000 t/y of dehydration and a first-phase fuel/common-grade alcohol co-production upgrade. These separate entries show development across product requirements and project phases.
